Forceuebiosie is committed to customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the terms for returning or requesting refunds for purchased products and services.
Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:
Refund requests must be submitted with documentation of the original purchase and reason for return.
Digital products are non-returnable once downloaded or accessed. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if technical issues prevent access, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Consultations cancelled 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment are eligible for refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Workshop registrations cancelled at least 2 weeks before the event are eligible for full refund. Cancellations less than 2 weeks before the event forfeit 50% of the fee. No refunds are issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. In some cases, your financial institution may require additional time to credit your account. Refund processing is subject to payment processor verification.
